Hi Janna, sorry to hear this. I have encountered a few problems with the software in creating quizzes too, kinda buggy. I would suggest trying a different browser. Let me know what happens. If this continues, I'll just find another platform on which to create future quizzes.
I enter my name and press start and nothing happens!
