L.A. Readers: Tickets Still Available to see Jeff Tweedy at Largo!

That's right, Chicago's prodigal son Jeff Tweedy (of Wilco, which you knew, right?) is in L.A. tonight to appear at Largo at the Coronet Theatre. What makes this appearance special, however, is that it'll be an onstage interview with actor Jeff Garlin (Curb Your Enthusiasm). Tweedy may or may not perform, it depends on the vibe of the whole thing.

The best part is that proceeds go to benefit Direct Effect Charities, which was founded in 2002 by husband and wife team Michelle DiGiacomo and Paul Fitzgerald. Their dream was to start a charity that "directly effected" children in need. In short, to cut out the "middle men" and create programs where the donor could give directly to the recipient.

Interested? If so, grab tickets HERE. They're only $30, so buy two and bring a friend! :)
