In advance of their upcoming album, My Shame Is True (Epitaph, due April 2), Alkaline Trio have released official videos this month for "I Wanna Be A Warhol" and "I, Pessimist".
Both tracks mark a welcome return to the sound and swagger the band displayed on their breakthrough album, Good Mourning.
The new album was recorded in Fort Collins, CO with noted punk producer Bill Stevenson (Bouncing Souls, Rise Against, NOFX, etc.) and features guest appearances from Rise Against's Tim McIlrath and Brendan Kelly of The Lawrence Arms.
The band begins a U.S. tour on March 16 that will bring them home to Chitown for sold-out gigs on May 30 and 31 at the Metro.
